We have routes across the grass island between arenas which include steps, a full size broken bridge and even carved fish make up some of the feature fences at all heights. There are choices for all, from a log on the floor right up to advanced combinations. The aim is to have enough space to go from a real XC pace back into the controlled canter required for the testing combinations. Numbers will be strictly limited, but we do take more than one booking at a time in this Arena.
Due to the nature of the Andrew Bowens surfaces there is a strict poo picking policy in place with a refundable deposit taken at time of booking, when you must also pay for the facility. All bookings MUST have someone on the ground to poo-pick whilst the horse is in the arena. Please note that if there are any droppings left on the surface when there has been more than one booking in the Area no-one will get their deposit back – it is in your interests to make sure everyone leaves the surface clean.
Cancellations for any day with less than 24 hours notice for the XC Arena will be charged for.
All arenas are available for individual or group hire, and for Show Jumping or Dressage competitions.
