BOOKING:

Call 01260299888 to book and PAY at the time of booking, payment will be taken over the phone, please have your card details to hand, and vehicle registration(s). Please DO NOT come to the office.

Please do ensure you arrive on time to make a prompt start on the facility you have booked & if you are running late for whatever reason DO let us know and we can assess whether or not you can start late/move into the next slot. This way we can ensure there is no congestion on facilities.

LOYALTY CARDS

Remember the date that you came and then we will reimburse your stickers when we can have contact again.

VOUCHERS

At the moment we are unable to accept vouchers. They do not expire so keep hold of them for another time.

TOILETS

They will be cleaned 3 times a day, please ONLY use these facilities if absolutely necessary

WASH OFF AREA:

This is a welfare wash off not a spa! Please no lengthy bathing of horses. Barriers will be in place to ensure distancing.

CAFÉ: Closed

CAMPS/CLINICS:

We will review the situation and inform your organisers of any changes.  Unfortunately, the current advice doesn’t look as though it allows groups of this size to congregate so we will be reassessing after the June update from the government, which sounds like it will look more closely at the leisure industry and large group gatherings.

The above policy is a working document and something that will continue to be reviewed; if at any stage we feel uncomfortable with the situation we will amend/review as required.

Please respect each other and stay safe.

Thank you,
